Tiffany Fikes

Tiffany M. Fikes grew up in Jacksonville, Arkansas, and has always had a heart for family, community, and creativity. She and her husband, John, have been married for 25 years and have two daughters, Sydnee and Tabatha, and a grandson, Waylon.

Tiffany’s community involvement began early, from coaching gymnastics at Jax Gym to volunteering and serving on the PTO board while her daughters were in school. She later attended nursing school at UALR and built a career in the operating room, working at Unity Health, Arkansas Surgical Hospital, and UAMS. Today, she works primarily from home as the Office Manager for Prime Anesthesia.

Creativity has always been part of Tiffany’s life. What began with sewing for her daughters eventually grew into 2 Krazy Girls, first creating hand-stamped jewelry and later leather earrings. After discovering Permanent Jewelry, Tiffany took another leap and transitioned the business in a new direction.

In 2025, Night Owl Vendor Market became her newest adventure. It brought together so many things Tiffany loves—small businesses, creativity, community, and helping others succeed. Whether she’s working in healthcare, creating jewelry, planning a market, or spending time with her family, Tiffany is happiest when she’s staying busy, bringing people together, and trying something new.

Amanda Johnson

Amanda Johnson has proudly called Cabot home for the past 26 years. She and her husband, Ashley, have been married for 24 years and have built a life centered around family, hard work, and community. They are proud parents of three children—Cody, an electrician; Cade, a welder; and Cailee, who is pursuing her master’s degree in psychology—and proud grandparents to Ella-Maye, Lorette, and Audree.

For approximately 10 years, Amanda has owned and operated Pink Lemonade Creations, a custom laser business that allows her to combine her creativity with her entrepreneurial spirit. What started as a creative outlet grew into a business she truly loves and introduced her to the world of vendor markets and other small-business owners.

Her newest adventure, Night Owl Vendor Market, has brought an entirely new sense of joy and purpose. Through Night Owl, Amanda has found a passion for supporting small businesses, creating opportunities for vendors, and building events that bring communities together.

After more than two decades in Cabot, Amanda is proud of the roots her family has established. Whether she’s creating something new, planning the next Night Owl event, or cheering on another small business, family, creativity, and community remain at the heart of everything she does.

Two friends, one folding table, and a big idea.

Night Owl Vendor Market started the way most good ideas do — with two friends talking it through until it wouldn't leave them alone. Tiffany and Amanda kept circling back to the same thing: their community was full of small businesses with great products and nowhere near enough chances to be seen.

So they built one. What began as a brainstorm turned into a monthly night market — vendors, food trucks, string lights, and a crowd of neighbors ready to shop local after the sun goes down. Every market is a fresh shot at visibility for the makers, bakers, crafters, and small business owners who show up.

Tiffany and Amanda still run it the same way they started it: hands-on, vendor-first, and genuinely invested in watching small businesses grow into something bigger — right here, and in every city Night Owl sets up next.

"We wanted to build the opportunity we kept wishing existed — a place where a small business could show up, sell out, and grow."
